How can I reduce the overall cost of learning to drive?

First ensure you get the best tuition available. By ensuring you have the best tuition you could learn quicker, which in turn brings the cost down. Paying less initially with a lower grade instructor could mean you end up paying more in the long run with more driving lessons and more tests. With the driving test itself costing £62.00 plus the hire of the tuition vehicle for at least 2 hours on the day you can see it is not a cheap day out.

Book your driving lessons in advance so you can take advantage of some great discounts. You’ll get a full refund if you don’t use them all.

Choose a driving instructor who will help ensure you only have to do your test once!
